Individuals must promptly advise their Affiliated Club of any change of name, address or other relevant identification and contact details, either in writing or electronically.

Individuals acknowledge and consent to Australian Sailing’s use of their personal information for the purpose of sending electronically or by other means, newsletters from Australian Sailing and Affiliated Clubs, which may include information of sponsors or other third parties.

Personal Conduct and Use of MMYC Facilities and Equipment

• Members agree to abide by the MMYC constitution and rules.

• Members acknowledge that water sports are dangerous and involve risk and, when engaged in water sports at MMYC, that members are responsible for their personal safety and for the safety of their children and guests.

• MMYC, its officers, employees and agents do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage which may occur to any person or property whilst members and their children and guests are using MMYC-owned water sports equipment (including sailboats, kayaks and paddle boards).
