2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 AGM will be held from 11am on Sunday 6 September 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to meet in person, instead we will use Zoom, a video meeting service.

Members will receive an email with instructions to register for the meeting. Registration is straightforward and will assist with proper record-keeping.

In place of the usual meeting forms, we have created online versions:

Committee nomination form - use this if you wish to nominate yourself or another member for a position on the 2020-21 Committee. (closed)

Proxy form - use this is you wish to appoint another member to act on your behalf during the meeting. (closed)
